A Bachelor in Commerce (B.Com) and Law (LLB), from Mumbai University, Mr. Thapar knows the pulse of the industry and his strategic thinking has made Thapar Realtors gain a remarkable presence in the real estate industry.

Mr. Paresh Mahant is one of the co-founders of the company and chartered the progress of the company. He now manages quality control, finishing and oversees the progress of construction activities. An Arts graduate from Mumbai University, Mr. Mahant understands the industry and has a keen eye for detail that has ensured proper planning and flawless execution.
Mr. Rakesh Chaumal, co-founder and Principal Architect at Positron Architects, leads the Residential Projects Division. With international experience, he has designed residential projects in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania. An alumnus of the Academy of Architecture, Mumbai, Mr. Chaumal views architecture as an aesthetic expression of efficient built form.
